Yoga&Dive is a try program, unique in Europe, especially design to better the basic experience of a dive.
Both, Yoga and diving, are considered meditation movements , synchronized with the breading .Where body and mine are present here and now .If we can concentrate in our breathing we could silent our mind in that instant.
This sessions are vibrant , carefully done for all levels, with the base of Yoga like:
Kryas pranayamas (Breathing exercises)
Meditation in the dip waters (mindfulness)
Vinyasanas of sun salutation, moon salutation (aerobic/anaerobic exercises) of Hatha Flow , all related to the diving.
When we can relax our mind and breathing , we feel quiescence, all goes slower and we save energy, so we save oxygen. That will make us be able to stay longer on the dip see, for a better dive.
During the dives, this dip relax that we get on the Yoga&Dive sessions can last for hours , maybe all day, as our body balance on a natural calm and our mine is open to meditation.
